Dr. Chrisettia Morgan, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a native of San Antonio, Texas. She is a mother of two children and a wife to a loving and dedicated husband. Dr. Morgan enjoys traveling, listening to music, gardening, bowling, and reading.
She has 28 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Dr. Morgan has experience in critical care, acute care, cardiac, women’s health, wound care specialist, IV hydration, and much more. She manages diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, and many more chronic diseases.
Dr. Morgan graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Post Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University.
Dr. Chrisettia Morgan completed her Doctor in Nursing Practice degree from Walden University and began her own mobile health business (Morgan Family Practice & Home Care Services, PLLC). We offer practitioner in home visits, concierge services, wound care specialists, lab services, IV infusion services, and health/wellness services.
